To disconnect service, login to your SmartHub Account to submit a request.

In the desktop version, go to "Contact Us", "Report an Issue”, then select “Disconnect Service” and follow the prompts. On the app, click on "More", "Contact Us", "Report an Issue”, then “Disconnect Service” and follow the prompts.
