HILCO is currently accepting applications for the position of: Part-Time Dispatching Clerk

Min. requirements – H.S. diploma or equivalent, TX DL, good writing, data processing & org. skills. Bilingual and one-year experience is preferred. Must be capable of working under stress with minimal supervision. PT hours, evenings, nights and weekends. Shift will be every Friday evening/night (4pm-8am) and every Sunday during the day (8am-8pm). 27 hours per week. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Job Descriptions

With minimal supervision, conduct radio/telephone dispatch operations for an electric cooperative and its subsidiaries and other managed companies in a professional manner. Coordinate both routine and non-routine power line maintenance activities to meet the needs of member-consumers. Conduct after-hours bill collection activities via the telephone and written correspondence. Provide after-hours routine support in general administrative areas such as data entry and filing.
