To repair a security light, login to your SmartHub Account to submit a request.

In the desktop version, go to "Contact Us", "Report an Issue”, then select “Security Light Repair” and follow the prompts. On the app, click on "More", "Contact Us", "Report an Issue”, then “Security Light Repair” and follow the prompts.
