HILCO Electric provides service to five counties: Hill, Johnson, Ellis, Dallas, and McLennan.

We hold a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN), a permit from the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). This permit grants us the exclusive right to provide electricity within a specific geographic area, creating our official service territory.
