Unit efficiencies are measured by the seasonal energy efficiency rating or SEER. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficient the unit is when operating. HILCO members who replace their existing HVAC equipment with an eligible HVAC unit or install an eligible HVAC unit during home construction will be eligible to receive a rebate, based on the units efficiency.
